2 1/2 cup flour

1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup "yogurt"
2 "eggs"
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup "milk"
1 1/2 cup raspberries
Topping:
1/4 cup flou
1/2 cup chopped hazel nuts
2 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs "butter"
*preheat oven to 350
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl mix together wet stuff. Add raspberries to flour. Add wet stuff to dry mix. Fork together topping ingredients. Spoon into lined muffin tin. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
perfect dessert if you find yourself eating pasta with red tofu sauce, eggplant parmesan, polenta, and french bread. if that's your situation.
