Raging Raspberry Vanilla Hazelnut

I ran out of flour! i woke up to make muffins this morning and discovered that my 15 pound bag of flour had finally maxed out! After a quick trip to the kroger i banged out these ragin' raspberry muffins. They are appropriately titled ragin' since a few are headed to rageburgh, PA. I got 3 muffin vouchers in the mail yesterday all from friends in pittsburgh. I also go two from other friends. I am about to embark on a muffin making marathon!

2 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup "yogurt"
2 "eggs"
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup "milk"
1 1/2 cup raspberries
Topping:
1/4 cup flou
1/2 cup chopped hazel nuts
2 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs "butter"

*preheat oven to 350

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl mix together wet stuff. Add raspberries to flour. Add wet stuff to dry mix. Fork together topping ingredients. Spoon into lined muffin tin. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.

  1. perfect dessert if you find yourself eating pasta with red tofu sauce, eggplant parmesan, polenta, and french bread. if that's your situation.
    (rumored to taste like hot garbage in all other situations)
