2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tap salt
3/4 cup milk
2tbs flax + 3 tbs water
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tsp almond extract
1/2 cup sliced almonds
Topping:
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup sugar
2 tbs flour
2 tsp oil
*pre heat oven 375
Mix together dry ingredients. Add wet stuff and chopped almonds. Stir until just mixed. In a separate small bowl mix together topping . Spoon into lined tins. sprinkle topping. Bake for 20-25 minutes
