Chastity Challenging Chocolate Chip 1/2/09

This is a fan favorite...there's a surprise inside.
*vegan tip* most generic chocolate chips are vegan so you don't have to go fancy organic to go vegan

2 cups flour
1 cup unsweetend cocoa powder
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1 3/4 cup "milk" (Chocolate)
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Filling:
1 cup of Peanut Butter
2 tbs Oil
1/4 Cup powdered sugar

*Preheat Oven 400

Mix together dry ingredients (I know it is old school but...Sift together flour and Cocoa Powder). Make well in the dry stuff and add in the wet stuff. Mix slightly then add the chips stirring until batter is just mixed. In a seperate small bowl mix together filling. Using a lined cup cake tin (its structurally important to use a liner because of the filling) spoon half the batter into the cups. I like to hit the tin a few times on the counter at this point to settle the batter in. Then spoon a dollop of the filling in each tin cup. Use the rest of the batter to fill in the tins. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
