2 1/4 cup flour
1 tbs baking powder

1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
2/3 cup "milk"
2 large bananas
1/4 cup oil
2 tbs molases
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup fresh blueberries
*Preheat oven 375
Mix together all the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mash bananas and combine with oil, milk, mollases, and vanilla. Add blue berries to flour coating them with the flour (this will help to keep the berries suspended in the batter especially if you are using frozen blueberries). Add wet stuff to flour mixture. Stir until just mixed. Bake 20-25 minutes.
