1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup unbleached all purpose flour
1/4 cup cane suger

1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp ginger
1/8 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup agave
1/3 cup unsweetened a-sauce
3/4 cup "milk"
1 tsp vanilla
3-4 shredded carrots
Topping:
1/4 cup cane sugar
2 tbs flour
1 tbs oil
*Preheat oven 375
In a small bowl mix together topping. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl mix together wet stuff. Add wet to dry and fold in carrots. Stir until just mixed. Spoon into lined muffin tin. Sprinkle topping. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
