Japanese Eggplant

These type of eggplant are awesome for summer stir-frys. They're tender little sponges that soak up any and all flavors amazingly. I bought them every saturday at the farmers market this past summer. Hopefully I will get ill i need from my garden this year.


ATTN:The Roma tomatoes sprouted!!!! those two tiny little green leaves..only after 2 days...magical
