Friendship bracelets went wonderfully. I decided that the blog was not nessesary as for last month so i forewent it.
This month i have been making a map-a-day.
I will get those up soon. I have limited access to a scanner as it is summer and too beautiful outside.

For every month of 2009 I will assign myself a daily task. I will perform that task every day with out exception for the entire month. The task will be documented with daily blog entries. In January I baked muffins, In February I danced for a half an hour. These tasks are experiments that focus on engagement with time, people, space, myself. Each month will bring me closer to an understanding of something. Im not sure yet what that something is, but ill let you know at the end of the year.

Vegan Baking Tips
- "egg" = 2tbs ground flax seed+3tbs water
- "butter" = "earth balance" buttery spread
- "Milk" = soy milk or almond milk (avoid using rice milk)
- "butter milk" = 1 cup soymilk+1tbs vinegar
- most generic brand semi-sweet chocolate chips are vegan, but make sure you check the label
- golden flax has less of a taste making it better for baking
- Buy an extra coffee grider to grind spices and flax fresh every time
